Ready Chopped Vegetable Soup Mix

Our fresh and ready chopped vegetable soup mix contains a flavourful balance of leeks, cabbage, swede, carrot and broccoli.

Recipe Tip:  Add a little butter to sweat the vegetables for a few minutes and then add chicken or vegetable stock. Season to taste. You will have delicious soup in no time at all. Add cooked chicken or ham for a heartier soup. Recipe twist – try adding oriental flavour by using lemongrass, ginger, garlic, chilli and Thai spices to give your soup a delicious alternative flavour.
